Now ILUDEST's turnover crosses EUR 5,000,000

2015

An Exciting Year preparing ILUDEST for the Future.

i-Fischer Engineering is merged into ILUDEST.

i-Fischer was merged into ILUDEST and continued its operations under the brand "i-Fischer^®", "a division of ILUDEST^®". Dr. Hans-Eckhard Koenen joined the ILUDEST team as member of the "Engineering" division staff. Intermass Fischer-Asia Pte. Ltd. still acts as ILUDEST's exclusive agents for China, Malaysia and Singapore.

The ACHEMA 2015 Innovation Award for ILUDEST.

ILUDEST's/i-Fischer's activities in the branch "Thermal Process Engineering" were honoured by the international journal PROCESS' Innovation Award during ACHEMA 2015 in Frankfurt. On the occasion of a ceremony on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH were announced as the winners in the award category "Plant Construction and Process".

ILUDEST - 25 Years Thinking Ahead.

On June 20, 2015, the entire team of ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH had the pleasure to welcome about 100 guests at our premises in Waldbüttelbrunn for the official celebration of ILUDEST's 25th anniversary as well as the presentation of the new company's building extension.

Company's Building Extension set into operation.

The new premises extension, offering an additional space of 625 m², was set into operation on July 1, 2015. Now we are prepared for a further improvement of ILUDEST's capabilities, a growth in our technical expertise and related skills, and will be more than capable to deal more efficiently with an ever increasing number of requests, while continuously guaranteeing our unique quality of service and performance into the coming decade and beyond.

2013 - 2014

Now, ILUDEST’s annual turnover is at around EUR 4,100,000.

The workforce (including part-time employees and external consultants) currently numbers 30, including two PhDs of engineering, eight graduate engineers (two holding a university’s degree, six holding a degree of a university of applied science), two graduate business economists (university of applied science), three state-certified technicians, three workers with a master’s certificate and others who have completed chamber of commerce and industry apprenticeships. The subsidiary i-Fischer Engineering is opening the new liaison office “i-Fischer Engineering América Latina” in Chile.

2012

Awards for i-Fischer/ILUDEST

The ACHEMA 2012 Innovation Award for i-Fischer/ILUDEST.

Mid-Market Award.

On July 12, 2012, the entire team of ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH had the pleasure to receive the 2012 Mid-Market Award for the Wuerzburg Area and 160 guests were attending ... The Bavarian Finance Minister of State, Dr. Markus Söder, did the honorific speech, accompanied by a group of VIPs, Mayors, District Chief Executives and Members of the Bavarian Parliament.

2009 - 2012

Export activities continue to expand.

There are now 60 foreign agencies that represent and distribute the ILUDEST and i-Fischer products in the relevant countries as separate entities (for their own account and/or on a commission basis). Despite the pending financial and eurozone crisis, ILUDEST’s annual turnover hovers at around EUR 3,000,000.00.

2008

The company relocates

into premises at Dachdeckerstr. 1, Waldbüttelbrunn, owned by ILO [Interwies/Lebahn/Opis] Vermietung und Verwaltung GbR, enabling it to deliver a sharp increase in production capacity.

2007

Annual turnover reaches EUR 3,500,000 for the first time (ILUDEST)

2003

Fischer technology GmbH is integrated into i-Fischer Engineering GmbH

Following its insolvency, the remaining business activities of FISCHER technology GmbH, Bonn, are incorporated into i-Fischer Engineering GmbH along with existing foreign agencies and the brands, utility models and patents well known and highly accepted by the market.

2002

Annual sales of EUR 2,000,000 (ILUDEST) is posted

Thirteen people are joining the company.

2001

The subsidiary i-Fischer Engineering GmbH is founded

The shareholders are ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH (45%), Dr. Hans-Eckhard Koenen (35%) and Intermass Fischer-Asia Pte. Ltd. Singapore (20%). The object of the company is the development, design as well as the sales and marketing of installations for thermal process engineering for customers in the petrochemical industry (with all sub-branches). ILUDEST manufactures the products developed, designed and sold by i-Fischer.

1998

The company relocates

to a new common site in Waldbüttelbrunn (Würzburg district).

1996

Annual turnover reaches DM 1,400,000.

1995

Stefan Opis joins the company

1995 Stefan Opis, a state-certified glass engineer and master of scientific glassblowing, joins the company as an additional shareholder/managing director with responsibility for sales and marketing. Annual turnover comes to around DM 770,000. With a workforce of six, work begins on expanding export business and establishing the first agencies in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Israel and South Korea.

1992

Change of legal form

1992 The firm, now with five staff (including MD), changes its name to ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH.

1990

Udo Interwies and Hans Lebahn set up a partnership

Udo Interwies, a graduate in process engineering, and Hans Lebahn, a state-certified electronics engineer, set up in partnership in Karlstadt and Kitzingen.
